Ireland sees CCS as an important technology for the transition and does mention plans to potentially support the technology in the long run.

The NECP does not mention storage at all, and therefore the grade has to be an E.
CO2 Transport: F
No mention of CO2 transport means an automatic F.
Funding: F
No mention of funding means an F.
