The Plan does not include CCS, and no concrete plan for its deployment is included. However, it does explore Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Utilisation (BECCU).
CO2 Storage: F
While CO2 storage is currently not permitted in Finland, the Plan does explore the possibility of CO2 storage in Norway. No official cooperation has been announced yet.

Finland does not include CO2 transport infrastructure.
